Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office is normally staffed between 8:30 am and 5.00 pm weekdays. Outside of these hours, Nissi Care Solutions provides an on-call service which users of the agency can use. COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS: Nissi Care Solutions welcomes any comments, compliments or complaints about the services delivered or suggestions on how to improve the care services provided. All comments, compliments or complaints about the service provided within any Service User’s home can be made verbally, in writing or by telephone and will be treated seriously.
All complaints will be dealt with through our formal or informal complaints procedure, as set in our Complaints policy, unless an immediate remedy can be agreed and implemented between all involved in the complaint to the satisfaction of the complainant. All complaints must be recorded and investigated, taking statements from all concerned. Following the investigation a written report should be made, appropriate action taken and a letter of response sent to the complainant if known.
